Weight Watchers Air Fryer Croutons
Ingredients
- 4 slices white bread cubed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- 3 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F
- In a large mixing bowl, add the bread cubes.
- In a separate bowl, combine parsley, garlic powder, and seasoned salt with melted butter. Mix well using a wire whisk.
- Pour the butter mixture over the bread cubes.
- Use a rubber spatula to toss the bread cubes until they are evenly coated.
- Let the bread cubes sit for 2 minutes so they can soak up the butter.
- Place the bread cubes in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the bread cubes for 4 minutes.
- Toss the bread cubes with a spatula, then cook for another 2 minutes.
- Transfer the croutons to a plate lined with paper towels until you're ready to use them.
