  • In a saucepan, add beef broth
  • Heat to a simmer.
  • Add onion
  • Simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add reserved liquid from 1 can of mushrooms, mushrooms, and wine.
  • Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the liquid reduces by half.
