Ingredients
- 1 can (10½ oz) beef broth
- ½ cup onions diced
- 2 cans (8 oz each) whole mushrooms drained, Reserve liquid from reserved one can
- ⅓ cup burgundy wine
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add beef broth
- Heat to a simmer.
- Add onion
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add reserved liquid from 1 can of mushrooms, mushrooms, and wine.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the liquid reduces by half.
