How to make

  1. Heat a large wok over medium/high heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil.
  3. When oil is hot, add green beans
  4. Stir-fry green beans approx 2 minutes.
  5. Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry 3 – 4 minutes.
  6. Add salt and black pepper.
  7. Stir in black bean sauce.
  8. Cook, stirring frequently until green beans are at desired tenderness.
  9. Serve.
