Equipment
Ingredients
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 3¼ lbs green beans trimmed
- 5 tbs fresh ginger root minced
- 5¾ tbs garlic minced
- 2 tbs kosher salt
- 1 tbs black pepper coarsely ground
- 2 bottles (8 oz each) black bean sauce
Instructions
- Heat a large wok over medium/high heat.
- Add vegetable oil.
- When oil is hot, add green beans
- Stir-fry green beans approx 2 minutes.
- Add ginger and garlic and stir-fry 3 – 4 minutes.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Stir in black bean sauce.
- Cook, stirring frequently until green beans are at desired tenderness.
- Serve
