Tips and Tricks
Baking Tips

Ingredient Substitutions
If fresh berries aren’t available, you can use frozen berries. Just make sure to thaw and drain them well before placing them on the pie. You can also substitute other fruits like sliced strawberries or blackberries.
Storage Tips
Store any leftover pie in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days. Cover it with plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container to keep it from drying out.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this Berry Ricotta Pie chilled or at room temperature. For an extra touch, garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of powdered sugar before serving.
Make Ahead
You can prepare the ricotta filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. This will save time on the day you plan to bake the pie. Just give it a quick stir before transferring it into the pie crust.
