Weight Watchers Lemon Cheesecake Bars (Without Crust)
- In a mixing bowl, add boiling water.
- Whisk in jello mix for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add cream cheese, and lemon juice.
- Stir to mix until smooth.
- Transfer mixture to an 8×8 baking dish.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
- Cut into 8 equal sized squares.
