Weight Watchers Chocolate Walnut Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 can (14oz) fat free sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz semisweet chocolate chopped
- 2 oz unsweetened chocolate shaved or chopped
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining with aluminum foil.
- Coat aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan, add fat free sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate, and unsweetened chocolate.
- Place saucepan over low heat.
- Stir constantly and cook approximately 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and becomes smooth.
- Take saucepan off of heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and walnuts until well combined.
- In prepared 8×8 baking pan, pour in the chocolate mixture. Using a silicone Spatula, spread to an even layer.
- Place pan in the refrigerator to allow the fudge to fully set.
- When set, remove from pan and place on a cutting board.
- Using a sharp knife, cut 6 rows one way, and 8 rows the other way making 48 pieces of fudge.
