Ingredients
 

Instructions
 

  • Prepare an 8×8 baking pan by lining with aluminum foil.
  • Coat aluminum foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan, add fat free sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate, and unsweetened chocolate.
  • Place saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir constantly and cook approximately 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and becomes smooth.
  • Take saucepan off of heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and walnuts until well combined.
  • In prepared 8×8 baking pan, pour in the chocolate mixture. Using a silicone Spatula, spread to an even layer.
  • Place pan in the refrigerator to allow the fudge to fully set.
  • When set, remove from pan and place on a cutting board.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut 6 rows one way, and 8 rows the other way making 48 pieces of fudge.
