For the Sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, combine flour and milk.
  2. Cook and stir often, until sauce thickens and comes to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approx 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in the mustard, cheddar cheese, pepper sauce, and 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese.

For the Sandwich

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Place the toasted bread into 4 individual casserole dishes. Place tomato slices on bread, top with turkey. Spoon sauce over top, and sprinkle with the 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese.
  3. Place casserole dishes on baking sheet and broil, approx 5 inches from heat, until hot and sauce begins to brown.
  4. Top each with 2 pieces of turkey bacon.
