Ingredients
- 1 chai spice tea bag
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free French vanilla powdered creamer
- 8 fluid ounces boiling water
- ยผ cup low-fat milk
- punch ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large coffee mug, add boiling water.
- Add teabag and steep for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add creamer and stir to mix until dissolved.
- In a microwave safe cup, add milk, and warm in the microwave.
- Using a whisk, whisk warm milk until frothy.
- Pour frothed milk on top of the tea.
- Garnish with cinnamon.
