- 2 teaspoon yellow cornmeal for the pan
- ½ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 500°F and place the oven rack on the bottom rung.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and use a floured rolling pin to roll it out into a 12-inch round.
- Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza pan or large baking sheet.
