  • Place the dough on a floured surface and use a floured rolling pin to roll it out into a 12-inch round.
  • Sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza pan or large baking sheet.
  • Transfer the dough to the pan and gently stretch it out to a 12-inch round. If the dough is difficult to stretch, cover it with a clean kitchen towel for 10 minutes.
  • Spread tomato sauce over the dough and sprinkle with pepper flakes.
  • Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
