Homemade Weight Watchers Peanut Butter
- In a food processor, add peanut oil.
- With the food processor turned on, add honey roasted peanuts gradually.
- Once all of the peanuts have been added, continue processing for approximately 2 minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary, until the mixture is smooth,
- Transfer peanut butter to an airtight container.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to (approximately) 3 months.
