  • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, confectioners' sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and ground nuts. Form into 1 1/2" balls. Place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 350°F for approx. 10-15 minutes or until set.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add ¼ cup confectioners' sugar.
  • Roll cookies in confectioners' sugar while still warm.
