Ingredients
- 2 cups flour sifted
- 1 cup confectioner sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup ground nuts
- ¼ cup confectioner sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, confectioners' sugar, butter, vanilla extract, and ground nuts. Form into 1 1/2" balls. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 350°F for approx. 10-15 minutes or until set.
- In a small mixing bowl, add ¼ cup confectioners' sugar.
- Roll cookies in confectioners' sugar while still warm.
