Ingredients
- 1 quart water
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint or 1 tbsp dried mint coarsely chopped and tightly packed
- 3 Darjeeling tea bags
Instructions
- Add water to saucepan.
- Place saucepan over high heat.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Place chopped mint, and Darjeeling tea bags in a tea kettle.
- In tea kettle, carefully add boiling water.
- Cover tea kettle, and let tea steep for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
- Place tea strainer on top of tea cup, then pour in the tea.
