  1. Add water to saucepan.
  2. Place saucepan over high heat.
  3. Bring water to a boil.
  4. Place chopped mint, and Darjeeling tea bags in a tea kettle.
  5. In tea kettle, carefully add boiling water.
  6. Cover tea kettle, and let tea steep for approximately 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Place tea strainer on top of tea cup, then pour in the tea.
