Weight Watchers Scallion Mushroom Dumplings
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon scallions thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger minced
- 4 tablespoon cooked mushroom finely chopped
- 4 wonton wrappers
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spray a small baking sheet's corner with cooking spray.
- In a small cup, mix together soy sauce, scallion, oil, and ginger.
- Take out 2 teaspoons of the sauce mixture and mix it with the vegetables. Keep the rest of the sauce aside.
- Put the wonton wrappers on a flat surface.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture onto the center of each wrapper.
- Use wet fingers to moisten the edges of the wrappers.
- Fold one corner of the wrapper over to make a triangle and press the sides together to seal it.
- Place the sealed wrappers on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the wrappers with cooking spray.
- Bake them in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy.
- Serve the baked triangles with the remaining soy sauce mixture.
