- 2 tablespoon cracked whole black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground bay leaf
- ¼-½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in a air tight spice jar
- Store in a dry, cool are for up to 3 months.
