Ingredients
- 2 cups fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup sliced carrots
- ½ cup green peas
- ½ cup broccoli florets
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ cup cheese tortellini
- ½ cup cooked chicken breast chopped
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, add broth, carrots, peas, and garlic.
- Turn the stove to high heat. Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add broccoli and tortellini to the saucepan.
- Turn the heat down to medium-low.
- Let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add the chicken to the saucepan.
