Weight Watchers Glazed Carrots
- In a saucepan, add carrots.
- Cover with water.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cook to desired doneness.
- Using a colander, drain water off carrots.
- Transfer carrots to serving bowl
- In the saucepan, add butter and melt over medium heat.
- Melt butter and add brown sugar and ginger, stirring to blend.
- Add brown sugar and ginger. Stir to mix well.
- Add sauce to carrots and stir to coat.
