  • Place the tomato halves on a non-stick cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle the tomatoes with salt to taste.
  • Bake the tomatoes until they have a leathery texture. Note: This may take all day. Smaller pieces will require less oven time.
  • Once dried, store the tomatoes in the refrigerator.
