What is a Kabob
A kabob is made of meat, vegetables, or both that is roasted or grilled on a skewer.
Traditional kabobs are made with lamb or chicken, but modern kabobs can be made with any type of meat or vegetable. They are typically served with rice or bread.
To make a kabob, you thread bite-sized pieces of meat and vegetables on a wooden, or metal skewer. Most commonly, they are cooked on a grill, but can also be cooked in the oven.
The long standing debate on the correct spelling will probably continue forever. Kabob, kebab, kabab and so on. The spelling depends on where you live, but the results are the same.
No matter how they are cooked, kabobs are a delicious and easy way to enjoy a variety of foods.
