Bruschetta is one of my favorite appetizers ever! There’s something about the combination of crispy bread, flavorful toppings, and acidic balsamic vinegar that is so satisfying. And while I love the classic version with tomatoes and basil, I also enjoy experimenting with different flavors.
This quick and easy Italian appetizer is so easy to make, and the flavors are amazing.
For this version of the classic, you will use Roma tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and French bread.
