Weight Watchers Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli
- 2 heads broccoli separated into florets
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 400° F
- In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and ground black pepper,
- Toss to mix well.
- On a baking sheet, spread out the broccoli to an even layer.
- In preheated oven, bake approximately 15 – 20 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
- Place broccoli on a serving platter.
- Squeeze the fresh lemon over the broccoli.
