What are Corn Tortillas
Corn tortillas are a type of flatbread made from masa, a dough made from finely ground corn.
Corn tortillas are popular in many Latin American countries and are typically served with fillings such as cheese, beans, or meat. While they can be eaten plain, they are often fried or grilled to create a crispy texture. Corn tortillas are also used to make dishes such as enchiladas and tacos.
Unlike flour tortillas, which are made with wheat flour, corn tortillas are gluten-free.

Featured Ingredients
Masa Harina
Masa Harina is a type of flour made from dried and ground corn. It is used in traditional Mexican cuisine for making tortillas, tamales, and other dishes.
The word “masa” means dough in Spanish, and “harina” means flour.
Masa Harina is made by soaking dried corn in water and lime to soften the kernels. The softened kernels are then ground into a fine flour. This flour is used to make dough that can be shaped and cooked into various dishes.
Masa Harina has a light, slightly sweet flavor and a moist texture.
