  • Prepare a skillet by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a blender, add egg whites, cottage cheese, oatmeal, and vanilla.
  • Blend until well combined.
  • Place prepared skillet over medium heat.
  • Drop silver dollar sized amounts of batter on heated skillet.
  • When bubbles begin forming on the tops of the pancakes, and the bottom is golden browned, using a spatula, flip the pancakes to cook the other side until golden brown.
