Ingredients
- nonstick cooking spray
- 4 egg whites
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup oatmeal dry oats
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Prepare a skillet by spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a blender, add egg whites, cottage cheese, oatmeal, and vanilla.
- Blend until well combined.
- Place prepared skillet over medium heat.
- Drop silver dollar sized amounts of batter on heated skillet.
- When bubbles begin forming on the tops of the pancakes, and the bottom is golden browned, using a spatula, flip the pancakes to cook the other side until golden brown.
