Weight Watchers Basil Garlic Butter
- 1 cup butter
- 15 leaves fresh basil
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground
- In a food processor, add fresh basil, garlic, and black pepper.
- Process mixture until the garlic is chopped small.
- Add in the butter.
- Process a little at a time, until the mixture is just combined.
- Transfer butter to a butter container.
