Weight Watchers Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2⅔ tbsp honey
- 6 (4oz each) 1-inch thick pork chops
Instructions
- Preheat outdoor, or indoor grill to medium heat.
- Prepare grill grate by lightly oiling.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and honey.
- Whisk together ingredients.
- On the preheated grill, sear both sides of the pork chops.
- Using a basting brush, brush prepared glaze lightly on all sides.
- Continue grilling approx 8 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the center, and an instant-read thermometer reads 145° F when inserted in the center of the pork chop.

You may want to fix the amount of honey in this recipe. I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be 2 2/3 c as that would make the points 172 for just the honey.
