How to make:

  • Preheat outdoor, or indoor grill to medium heat.
  • Prepare grill grate by lightly oiling.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and honey.
  • Whisk together ingredients.
  • On the preheated grill, sear both sides of the pork chops.
  • Using a basting brush, brush prepared glaze lightly on all sides.
  • Continue grilling approx 8 minutes per side, or until the pork chops are no longer pink in the center, and an instant-read thermometer reads 145° F when inserted in the center of the pork chop.

    You may want to fix the amount of honey in this recipe. I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be 2 2/3 c as that would make the points 172 for just the honey.

  2. The recipe says it yields 6 servings, but only calls for 4 pork chops. Is that correct?
